A team of four officers from PACS, Ms. Rekha Shenoy, Regional Programme Manager, Ms. Swati Kundra, Head of Finance, Mr. Prasanna Kumar Programme Officer from state office, and Mr. Ajaya, Finance Officer visited aaina's head office in Bhubaneswar on 26th June, 2012. The purpose of their visit was to get an update about the project and the developments undertaken. The visitors were briefed on the vision and mission of aaina. Products made by the participants at Amo Vidyalaya were also brought into notice. The team appreciated the efforts of aaina and Ms. Shenoy suggested some organizations in Delhi for marketing the products of Amo Vidyalaya. The next discussion was about advocacy and three award winning documentary films of We Care Film Festival were shown to the team. The team appreciated the movies and the efforts put in by the artists to convey the message. Activities of PACS project were discussed in detail Visitors enquired about the problems and challenges faced in the field. The whole team thanked the aaina staff and mentioned their visit to aaina as worthy and productive. It turned out to be a pleasant event
