Seven children including 2 children with Cerebral Palsy join mainstream school
Children in Dhenkanal project of Aaina were prepared to get admission in mainstream schools. For admission in schools for the new session in April parents of 7 children were facilitated to get their children admitted in mainstream schools. They were educated on rights of children to education and the process involved. Two children among them are children with Cerebral Palsy. For children with Speech and Hearing impairement, sign language training was organized at Cuttack. Five staff from Dhenkanal project attended the training and are further utilizing the skills with the children.
